

What is The Clothing Exchange Project?
An upscale event where ladies can refresh themselves and their wardrobes, save money and help the environment. In that we mean...it’s a Ladies Night Out to relax, while exchanging clothing to renew your wardrobe. It’s healthy for your budget and the environment! Local charities benefit from any remaining clothing.
What items are you accepting?
We are accepting slightly used and new items. Sorry, no damaged items or items needing repair. All sizes for women, plus, junior, misses, and petite clothing and shoes. Accessories also including belts, hats, selected jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, scarves and wallets are accepted. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet consignment standards. Please take necessary steps to rid clothing of smoke scents and pet hair.
Can I bring items to exchange the day of the event?
We will accept your items the night of the event, limit of 20 items total. Including clothes, shoes, purses and handbags, select jewelry, sunglasses, hats, belts. etc.
Can I come even if i haven’t given items to exchange?
Most certainly! There's plenty to do at an Exchange. You will have an opportunity to purchase items at the end of the exchange portion of the event. Many local consignment shops have also donated items. There will be plenty to choose from.
You may also shop our supporting vendors who also have items and services on display, enjoy the refreshments, makeovers, massages and entertainment as well.
How much does it cost to come?
$25.00, payable in cash, check, or credit card (online). Payments made at door will be $30.00. Check online for early bird specials.
Where can I purchase tickets?
You may purchase tickets online at our Eventbrite.com site (convenience fees apply). You may also purchase tickets at the time you bring your items to any drop-location (if applicable). Payments at the door will be $30.00.
Will you have my size?
We will certainly ensure that we receive a variety of sizes for clothing and shoes.
What if I cannot find items I like?
We find that highly unlikely, but in case you do not find something for yourself, please first, select items as gifts for someone else. If you cannot, we will have a receipt issued to you, for your donation, by the benefiting charity for a tax write-off.
After the event, where do the leftover items go?
At the end of the event, the items that are remaining will be donated to local charities/non-profits. If you know of any charities needing clothing, please send us contact information to pbclothingexchange@yahoo.com
How can I participate in this event?
We are staffed with our planners, coordinators, and some volunteers. If you would like to participate, please email us at pbclothingexchange@yahoo.com.
