The Clothing Exchange Project
first debuted in June 2009. Cecily Mathis and Tricia Waldron-Williams started working together on the first project in mid-March of 2009 until late 2010. Both from a background in Marketing, Advertising and Event Planning, joined forces to put on Palm Beach County's first clothing exchange.

Cecily Mathis, a West Palm Beach resident for nearly 30 years has been involved in several fun ventures including throwing jewelry parties as an independent distributor with Premier Designs High Fashion Jewelry. She is often called upon to give a run-down of what's happening around town for fun, so she created a website www.whaaaat.net (What's Happening All Around And About Town. She also continues to work her own graphic layout & design business, Drums Lights & Smoke Creative Design since her graduating high school in 1992.
Since high school, she jumped right into the workforce holding jobs from sales associate at a jewelry/accessory store to her last and longest employment with The Palm Beach Post newspaper, working in various departments of Advertising for over 13 years.
Her new love, The Clothing Exchange Project, is near and dear to her. "It's a lot of hard work, indeed, but I love to see the outcome...the guests having a great time and a local charity being helped." Long term plans include venturing out to new cities and areas of Florida, and hopefully larger cities abroad.
In her spare time, she enjoys wining and dining, word games, promoting other ventures for people, bartending, networking, and spending time with her family.
